Scope

The Commercial Yachting <500 GT <200 NM course has been designed to meet the requirements of the STCW Convention 1978, as amended, Table A-II/1 and A-II/2.

Prerequisites

  • Officer Of the Watch <200 Nautical Miles 

 

+ All of these:

  • Basic Safety Training (STCW A-VI/1-1, 1-2, 1-3, 1-4)
  • Security Awarenes (STCW A-VI/6-1) 
  • Medical First Aid (STCW A-VI/4-1) 
  • Advanced Fire Fighting (STCW A-VI/3) 
  • Medical Care (STCW A-VI/4-2) 
  • Proficiency in Survival Craft and Rescue Boats other than fast rescue boats (STCW A-VI/2-1)
  • GMDSS GOC (STCW A-IV/2)
